Xposure 2024 to reveal AED22.4M worth of 400 iconic photographers’ 2,500 images

Sharjah: Xposure 2024, happening from February 28th to March 5th, 2024, at Expo Centre Sharjah, is set to unveil an extraordinary collection of 2,500 limited edition and commercial prints worth AED22.4 million (US$ 6.1 million). This includes stunning works from iconic photographers like Joachim Schmeisser, Neil Leifer, and Charlie Hamilton James.

The festival presents a one-of-a-kind opportunity for art enthusiasts, collectors, and hobbyists to explore the diverse styles and creative visions of 400 leading photographers through 90 carefully curated solo and group exhibitions.

From Eric Meola’s vibrant chromatic expressions to Ioannis Galanopoulos Papavasileiou’s architectural captures and Jean-Pierre Laffont’s portrayal of urban resilience, Xposure 2024 promises a celebration of cultural narratives and artistic brilliance. Even for those with a modest budget, the festival offers remarkable selections.

Additionally, attendees can take advantage of on-site framing services to acquire professionally framed photographic treasures.

Guided tours led by the artists themselves provide a unique insight into their creative processes and inspirations. Visitors can immerse themselves in Eric Meola’s “Bending Light” exhibition or be moved by Charlie Hamilton James’s “Innocence is Beauty”. These tours offer a rare chance to delve into the stories behind the captivating imagery.

To enrich the experience further, renowned industry expert Sylvia Laudien-Meo will conduct personalized guided tours through select exhibitions.
