Dubai-based SUMEA has launched SUMEAWORLD, a 12,000-square-metre trade hub in Jafza, strengthening sourcing, warehousing and global distribution across more than 75 countries.
DUBAI: Dubai-headquartered sourcing and supply chain group SUMEA has inaugurated SUMEAWORLD, a nearly 12,000-square-metre global trade hub in DP World’s Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), marking a major expansion of its international operations.
The new SUMEAWORLD facility will serve as the company’s regional headquarters and central logistics platform, bringing sourcing, procurement, warehousing and global distribution under one roof. Established on a 20-year commitment in Jafza, the hub will enable customers and business partners to source, consolidate and re-export products to more than 75 countries from Dubai.
Founded in the Republic of Congo as a consumer goods business, SUMEA has grown into an international sourcing and supply chain company with a network of more than 300 suppliers, including global brands and leading OEM manufacturers.
The SUMEAWORLD hub integrates a wide range of product categories, including consumer electronics, building materials, retail goods and industrial equipment. The company said the expansion will strengthen its ability to serve customers across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and other international markets.

SUMEA’s headquarters in Dubai complements its offices in Singapore and China, allowing the company to remain close to key manufacturing centres while meeting diverse regulatory and commercial requirements in international markets.
The company also serves as the primary procurement and supply platform for the wider Group’s operations in the Republic of Congo, Gabon and the Democratic Republic of Congo, supporting businesses across travel services, IT, retail, construction and project supplies.
With the launch of SUMEAWORLD, SUMEA aims to create a scalable logistics platform that supports its growing global customer base while reinforcing Dubai’s role as a leading international trade and supply chain hub.
