Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), this year’s 3DSS launches with a first-ever 24-Hour Sale at Dubai Festival City Mall starting 10am on 28 November. Shoppers will be treated to live entertainment, a Virgin Radio roadshow, laser shows, and exclusive flash deals throughout the night. The first 500 shoppers will receive goodie bags from Kiehl’s, and those spending AED 300 or more can enter a raffle to win a Toyota Urban Cruiser.
