Enjoy more FIFA World Cup football thanks to RTA Dubai’s extended Metro hours

Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai has announced updated Metro schedules for the FIFA World Cup.

The time change took effect on December 9 and will last until the end of the sporting event in Qatar.

According to the authority, the revision is intended to ensure “an easy trip to [one’s] destination during the football season.”

The final Metro train will depart 45 minutes after the final game, with a 1.5-hour service extension.

December 9 to 10 : 5am to 2:30am
December 13 to 14 : 5am to 2:30am
December 17 : 5am to 1am
December 18: 8am to 1am
