TCL Air Conditioner showcased its AI-powered healthy air solutions and advanced manufacturing capabilities during Robert Pirés’ visit to its Guangzhou smart factory.
DUBAI: Arsenal legend Robert Pirés recently visited one of the world’s most advanced air conditioning manufacturing facilities, gaining first-hand insight into the technologies shaping the future of home comfort. During his tour of the Guangzhou smart manufacturing base, TCL Air Conditioner highlighted its latest developments in artificial intelligence, healthy air solutions and intelligent production systems.
A key moment of the visit was Pirés’ experience with the FreshIN 3.0 Ultra AI Healthy Sleep Air Conditioner. The flagship model features millimetre-wave radar, AI voice control and a dual-circulation fresh air system designed to improve indoor comfort. Its AI SleepEye technology monitors sleep patterns and body movements, automatically adjusting temperature and airflow to create a personalised sleeping environment. The system also introduces fresh outdoor air while helping maintain indoor air quality throughout the night.
Drawing on his experience as a professional athlete, Pirés emphasised the importance of quality rest and recovery. He noted that a quiet and comfortable environment plays a crucial role after intense training and competition. The product’s ability to combine fresh air delivery with intelligent automation left a strong impression on the former football star.
The visit also included a tour of advanced testing facilities, where products are evaluated under extreme conditions. Pirés witnessed performance testing in temperatures as low as minus 30 degrees Celsius and observed ultra-low noise operation designed to enhance user comfort. According to company representatives, these rigorous standards ensure reliability across diverse climates and environments.
At the manufacturing centre, TCL Air Conditioner demonstrated its digital production ecosystem, including AI-powered management systems, automated production lines and smart factories capable of operating continuously. The facility reportedly produces one finished unit every seven seconds and supports an annual production capacity of millions of units.
Looking ahead, TCL Air Conditioner aims to transform itself from a traditional appliance manufacturer into a provider of comprehensive air management solutions, supported by innovation, sustainability and user-focused technology.
