Danube Properties delivers Pearlz project six months early

Pearlz by Danube, located in Al Furjan, boasting 300 modern residential units and retail outlets, was delivered six months ahead of schedule on May 24, 2024

Dubai: Danube Properties, the preeminent real estate developer of Dubai, achieved a remarkable feat by delivering their project, Pearlz, six months ahead of schedule, which was launched in 2022. It has a built-up area of  480,179 sq. ft. and has 300 modern units—studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments—and retail outlets.

His Excellency Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Land Department inaugurated the open house alongwith Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, to hand over the units to the buyers.
