Tawdheef x Zaheb 2025, held under the Year of Community, empowers Emirati youth with future-ready skills and career pathways.
ABU DHABI: As part of the Year of Community 2025, the much-anticipated Tawdheef x Zaheb 2025 event is set to return to the capital from 18th to 20th November at ADNEC Abu Dhabi. Recognised as a key national platform for youth empowerment, the event offers thousands of young Emiratis the chance to gain essential skills, connect with industry leaders, and explore new career opportunities.
This year’s edition embraces the theme “Zaheb,” an Emirati word meaning “ready and prepared,” and introduces an enhanced format that addresses the changing demands of the job market. Tawdheef x Zaheb 2025 will feature targeted programmes, practical workshops, and direct mentorship tailored to students, graduates, and early-career professionals — all aiming to develop future-ready skills.
The event is built around three core pillars: Practical Advice, where experts share insights on navigating the job market; Real Conversations, featuring sector leaders and policymakers; and Hands-On Learning, offering CV writing clinics, job interview coaching, and digital transformation workshops.
Strategic partners including the Abu Dhabi Youth Council and Abu Dhabi Chamber have aligned with the initiative to further drive its impact. The event directly supports the UAE Vision 2031 by encouraging Emirati youth to play an active role in shaping the country’s socio-economic growth.
Corporate sponsors such as PwC Middle East and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) reaffirm their commitment to Emiratisation, with both companies highlighting their focus on inclusive job creation and skills development through this event.
Fadi Harb, Event Director at Informa Middle East, described the platform as more than a recruitment fair, calling it “a holistic experience where young Emiratis become truly ‘Zaheb’ – prepared to lead in the UAE’s sustainable economy.”
As registrations open, Tawdheef x Zaheb 2025 is poised to become a transformative experience for Emirati youth and the organisations looking to invest in their future.
