Sobha Realty will deliver a record 6,819 homes across five Dubai developments in 2026, marking its largest-ever annual handover and reinforcing its leadership in the UAE luxury property market.
DUBAI: Sobha Realty has announced its biggest annual delivery programme to date, with Sobha Realty handovers set to reach 6,819 residential units across Dubai in 2026. The homes, valued at approximately AED 21.6 billion, will be delivered across five flagship developments, surpassing the combined sales value of all the company’s previous handovers.
The milestone reflects the developer’s continued growth and comes after a record-breaking financial year in 2025, when Sobha Realty reported AED 30 billion in sales, representing 30 per cent year-on-year growth. The strong performance was driven by sustained demand for premium homes and a growing pipeline of large-scale master-planned communities.
The 2026 delivery programme includes homes at Sobha Hartland, Sobha Hartland II, Sobha Reserve, Sobha One and Verde by Sobha. The projects showcase the developer’s focus on high-quality construction, timely execution and thoughtfully designed communities for homeowners and investors.
Commenting on the announcement, Francis Alfred, Managing Director of Sobha Realty, said, “Delivering over 6000 units in a single year is a testament to Sobha Realty’s unwavering commitment to excellence, precision and customer satisfaction. Our unique Backward Integration model enables us to maintain complete control over every stage of the development process, from design and engineering to construction and finishing, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across our communities.”
He added, “As the UAE continues to evolve as one of the world’s leading destinations for living, investment and innovation, we remain focused on creating exceptional developments that deliver lasting value and redefine luxury living.”
A key factor behind the company’s delivery capability is its Backward Integration model, under which major stages of development are managed in-house. This includes design, engineering, construction, interiors, façade works, glazing, joinery, furniture manufacturing and quality assurance. The approach enables tighter control over project timelines, workmanship and consistency while supporting the company’s long-standing philosophy of “The Art of Detail”.
The Sobha Realty handovers also underline the developer’s expanding presence across the UAE. Looking ahead, the company is progressing 16 master-planned developments, including Sobha Sanctuary, a landmark AED 50 billion community in Dubai, and Sobha City, a AED 40 billion nature-inspired project that marks its entry into the Abu Dhabi market.
The announcement coincides with Sobha Group’s 50th anniversary, celebrating five decades of craftsmanship, innovation and excellence in real estate, construction and design. With a strong development pipeline and sustained market demand, the Sobha Realty handovers reinforce the company’s position as one of the UAE’s fastest-growing luxury property developers.
