Indian passport services in the UAE will be managed by Al Hind Tours & Travels through 16 Indian Consular Application Centres (ICACs) from July 22, 2026. Applicants must book appointments online before visiting the centres, while selected emergency services remain available on a walk-in basis.
ABU DHABI: Indian passport services in the UAE are set to undergo a major operational change from July 22, 2026, with all Consular, Passport, Visa and Attestation services being outsourced to Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC. The new arrangement introduces 16 Indian Consular Application Centres (ICACs) across the Emirates, making services more accessible for the large Indian community while streamlining appointments and document processing.
Under the new system, applicants will no longer be able to submit applications directly at the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi or the Consulate General of India in Dubai. Instead, all routine passport, visa and attestation applications will be handled exclusively through the designated ICAC network.
How to book Indian passport and visa appointments in the UAE explained
Appointments must be booked online at consularsevainuae.com, with fresh appointment slots released daily at 9am and 9pm. All ICACs will operate daily from 8am to 6pm, and applicants are advised to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
The service charge collected by the outsourced service provider is AED 19, inclusive of VAT. This fee is charged in addition to the Government of India’s revised consular fees introduced from July 1, 2026. The service charge also covers several ancillary services including application form filling, photography, document typing, photocopying, printouts and domestic courier services.

Certain categories of applicants will continue to benefit from walk-in services at all ICACs on a first come, first served basis. These include Tatkal passport applications, newborn registrations, Emergency Certificate (EC) applications and senior citizens aged 60 years and above.
The 16 Indian Consular Application Centres are located across the UAE as follows:
- Abu Dhabi: Al Khalidiya, Musaffah, Al Reem, Al Ain, Madinat Zayed (Al Dhafra) and Ghayathi (Al Dhafra).
- Dubai: Bur Dubai and Dubai Investment Park-I.
- Sharjah: Al Majaz, Indian Association Sharjah, Kalba and Khor Fakkan.
- Ajman: Indian Association Ajman.
- Umm Al Quwain: Indian Association Umm Al Quwain.
- Ras Al Khaimah: Indian Relief Committee.
- Fujairah: Indian Social Club.
Applicants are encouraged to select the correct service category while booking appointments to avoid delays. The Embassy has also advised residents to verify all personal details before confirming appointments.
