Defrost your windscreen with this secret hack

TikTok seems to be the place to find all the secret hacks of the world. 

Driving Test Success’ account has revealed one such hack especially for the winter which is a much easier way to de-ice your car during the cold winter months.

Thankfully, Driving Test Success — the UK’s leading Theory Test revision company — is here to help. 

In a post shared on its TikTok page, the company has stated, “HOW TO: Defrost your windscreen.”

The video demonstrates the hack, which starts by putting the car’s temperature up high.

Next up, they explain, “Put the windscreen fan on max,” adding: “The ice will start to melt from the heat.”

All you have to do after that is wipe away any excess water and return the fan to its normal setting and hey presto – your windscreen is clear. 

Plus you’re heating your car up in the process.

But for those of you who don’t normally use this method, it could just make that morning commute a little more bearable. 

All you need to do next is make sure that all the glass is clear before braving the roads. With any luck, you’ll be swearing to yourself while stuck in traffic in no time.
