Visitors can now enjoy free shuttle bus rides in Abu Dhabi

Dubai: Visitors can now board a free shuttle bus in Abu Dhabi that will take them to the city’s finest sights, including Ferrari World, Lourve Abu Dhabi, and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

Local and foreign visitors can ride the ‘Visit Abu Dhabi Shuttle Bus’, but only if they have made a hotel reservation or bought a ticket to an attraction in Abu Dhabi through the Visit Abu Dhabi website, visitabudhabi.ae.

There are two main routes that the shuttle bus follows: A and B. Famous hotels and locations may be found on Yas Island, Jubail Island, Saadiyat Island, in the center of Abu Dhabi, and near the Grand Canal on both of these routes.

How to access the ‘Visit Abu Dhabi Shuttle Bus’

1. You will receive a voucher with a Quick Response (QR) number once you have made a hotel reservation or purchased a ticket to an Abu Dhabi attraction on the Visit Abu Dhabi website.
2. Scan the QR code to access the online platform for the shuttle bus.
3. Register for the service by entering the following details:

• Full name
• Email address
• Number of travelers
• Select whether you are a resident or tourist
• Select your country of origin

4. Next, tap on the ‘Let’s go’ button.
5. Select the destination.
6. The website will then display the shuttle bus stop closest to you along with the expected arrival time. An alternative option is to view the whole timetable and possible routes through the ‘Visit Abu Dhabi’ website at https://visitabudhabi.ae/en/plan-your-trip/around-the-emirate/shuttle-bus
7. Show the QR code you received from Visit Abu Dhabi before getting on the bus.

The bus includes Wi-Fi, wheelchair accessibility, comfortable seating, and air conditioning.
