Sunidhi Chauhan to perform live at Expo 2020 Dubai on March 29

DUBAI: Film and music icon Sunidhi Chauhan will play live at Expo 2020 Dubai’s Jubilee Stage on March 29, coinciding with India’s celebrations of its Expo 2020 Dubai National Day.

Chauhan’s powerful, expressive singing has earned her multiple awards since winning the first televised singing reality show in India, Meri Awaaz Suno, as a teenager in 1996.

With a repertoire spanning more than 25 years, Chauhan has enjoyed huge hits with the likes of Crazy Kiya Re (2006), Sajna Ji Vaari Vaari (2007), Sheila Ki Jawaani (2013) and Desi Girl (2008). More recently, her song Saami Saami, from the movie Pushpa, crossed 200 million views within two months of its release last year.

Chauhan will play at the Jubilee Stage on March 29. Entry is free for all Expo 2020 Dubai ticketholders, but concert-goers are advised to arrive early.
