Wheely debuts New Business & First Class, XL, Pickup, Chauffeur in Dubai

Dubai: Wheely, the Swiss-founded British luxury services company known for its on-demand and pre-booked chauffeuring, announces its official launch in Dubai, along with the Middle East debut of its New Business Class product. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Wheely’s international expansion, reaffirming its commitment to reaching the world’s most discerning clientele on a global scale.

New Business Class broadens Wheely’s reach in Dubai, and for the first time introduces BMW vehicles alongside the existing fleet of Mercedes-Benz. The New Business Class product joins a comprehensive product suite that also includes New First Class, XL, Perfect Airport Pickup, and Chauffeur for a Day.

New Business Class

New Business Class offers the latest BMW 5 Series vehicles, equipped with amenities essential for business travel, such as Evian water, paper tissues, disinfecting wipes, and both chargers for both iPhone and iPhone 15 (USB-C).

New First Class (members only)

New First Class features the new generation Mercedes-Benz S-Class, providing enhanced comfort  with additional legroom, long wheelbase, sunroof, reclining seats, and privacy blinds. Exclusive amenities include Fiji Water, refreshing towels, and an Acqua Di Parma diffuser.

Chauffeur For a Day (members only)

Chauffeur for a day allows clients to reserve a chauffeur for up to an entire day, providing unparalleled convenience and flexibility for diverse schedules.

Perfect Airport Pickup

Perfect Airport Pickup simplifies airport transfers by integrating flight tracking technology, ensuring chauffeurs are timely and present at arrivals with personalised name boards and luggage assistance.


XL caters to group and family needs with the spacious Mercedes-Benz V-Class, offering substantial space for passengers and luggage, including an available child seat upon request.

With a global vision since its inception, and building on its success in other major cities such as London and Paris, Wheely has chosen Dubai for its forward-looking and international ethos. In the next 18-24 months, Wheely plans to create over 500 Dubai jobs and grow its Middle East team and chauffeur network to over 1,000 within 3-5 years.

Furthering its commitment to exceptional service, Wheely has also established its new Customer Experience Hub in Dubai, providing 24/7 support for its global customers. This hub will be instrumental in maintaining Wheely’s industry-leading standards for service, safety, etiquette, and discretion.

Replicating the success of its London Chauffeur Academy, Wheely also plans to introduce a dedicated Chauffeur Academy in Dubai. The London academy is renowned for producing highly skilled chauffeurs, setting industry benchmarks in service.
