Dubai: The inaugural Speed Music Fest will light up the Dubai Shopping Festival this year, promising an exciting line-up of artists at Coca-Cola Arena on Saturday, 23rd December. Hosted for the very first time, this annual festival will showcase incredible music from Ali Zafar and Jonita Gandhi which will serve as a harmonious addition to the vibrant shopping extravaganza that defines Dubai.

Ali Zafar, the multi-talented, internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter and actor is set to light up the stage with his soulful singing, catchy songwriting, and jaw dropping performances. The singer has consistently produced chart-topping hits and continues to captivate audiences with his musical prowess. This unmissable concert will feature a diverse range of songs from his impressive discography, showcasing his versatility and evergreen charm.

Commenting on his upcoming performance, Ali Zafar said: “Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena has been on my wish list of venues to perform in. Joining Ali Zafar on stage is Jonita Gandhi, a renowned multi-lingual vocalist known for her spellbinding performances and versatile vocal range. With an impressive musical journey spanning over a decade, she has established herself as a trailblazer in the music industry. She has showcased her talent across various genres, captivating hearts and souls through her melodious voice and compelling interpretations, blending elements of pop, Bollywood, and classical music. Jonita’s passion for music has a diverse following, allowing her to establish a global fan base. Sharing her excitement for the concert, Jonita Gandhi shared: “I’m super excited to be performing my first solo concert in Dubai. After performing many times for private events and accompanying other artists, it’s wonderful to see how the people of Dubai are such music lovers and so fond of all different kinds of music. I’m looking forward to performing my original music, hit Bollywood songs, well known Tamil numbers, and of course a little bit of English music too. I cannot wait.”

The concert will open with Mariyam Kisat, local radio presenter and the host of “Drive Master GoGo” on Dubai’s premier music station, City 101.6. As the Winner of The Voice Of UAE in 2017, she has opened concerts for some of the biggest names in Bollywood. She has also showcased her singing prowess to AR Rahman and her collaborations and music covers regulary go viral on social media.
