MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2026 will reveal its latest restaurant selection at Atlantis The Royal on October 6, marking the fifth edition celebrating the city’s evolving dining scene.

DUBAI: MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2026 is returning for its fifth edition on October 6, with chefs, restaurateurs and the wider culinary industry preparing to discover which restaurants will earn some of the world’s most recognised dining distinctions.

The MICHELIN Guide Restaurant Ceremony will take place at Atlantis The Royal, where the latest Dubai restaurant selection will be unveiled. The milestone edition comes as the city’s dining landscape continues to expand across cuisines, concepts and price points.

Now entering its fifth edition, the Dubai selection has become an established fixture on the city’s culinary calendar. Its continued presence is supported by destination partner Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

Attention at the ceremony will centre on the new selection and the awarding of MICHELIN Stars. Restaurants receiving One MICHELIN Star are recognised for high-quality cooking worth a stop, while Two Stars signify excellent cooking worth a detour. Three Stars recognise exceptional cuisine considered worth a special journey.

The selection will also feature Bib Gourmand restaurants, recognising establishments offering quality food at moderate prices.

Following the announcement, guests will attend a curated reception showcasing dishes from restaurants recognised by the Guide. Participating chefs will prepare signature canapés designed to highlight the creativity and techniques behind their restaurants.

The line-up includes Dubai’s Two-MICHELIN-Starred Row on 45, alongside One-MICHELIN-Starred avatāra and Hōseki. Glass Hostaria, which holds One MICHELIN Star in the MICHELIN Guide Italy 2026, will also participate, while Dubai Bib Gourmand restaurant Berenjak completes the announced line-up.

Behind every inclusion in MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2026 is the same inspection framework used by MICHELIN inspectors internationally.

Restaurants are assessed on five core criteria: ingredient quality, mastery of cooking techniques, harmony of flavours, the personality of the chef expressed through the cuisine, and consistency across visits and the menu.

The fifth edition arrives as Dubai continues to position food and hospitality as important elements of its international tourism offering, with home-grown concepts operating alongside restaurants and chefs from across the world.

All eyes will now be on Atlantis The Royal on October 6 as the new selection is revealed and Dubai discovers which restaurants have earned a place in the 2026 Guide.

Impact to expect

The fifth edition could further raise international interest in Dubai’s restaurant scene, giving recognised establishments greater global visibility while strengthening the city’s appeal to culinary travellers.
