Through TrainYAS, presented by Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the Formula 1 venue transforms into a community fitness destination, welcoming people of all ages and fitness levels.

Free bicycles and helmets available
One of TrainYAS’s biggest attractions is the availability of complimentary bicycles and helmets.
Participants can bring their own bicycles or borrow one at the venue, with adult and children’s sizes available.
However, bicycle availability is limited, and visitors are encouraged to arrive early.
For safety, cyclists travel anticlockwise around the circuit, while walkers and runners follow a clockwise route.
How to register for TrainYAS
Participation is free, but advance registration is required.
Visitors must create an account on the Yas Marina Circuit website, complete a one-time health and fitness registration, and obtain their QR Pass through the official YMC app.
The QR Pass can then be used for future fitness sessions without repeating the registration process.

TrainYAS ordinarily hosts evening sessions, while TrainAM offers morning fitness opportunities.
