Dubai Health Authority’s Knowledge Room to be a source of knowledge and information on the Smart Employee application

Dubai: In line with the Emirate’s vision for digital transformation and to foster a culture of knowledge, the Dubai Health Authority ( DHA) in collaboration with Digital Dubai, has created a source of knowledge and information on the Smart Employee application for the Dubai government employees. 

The new initiative (Knowledge Room) is a dedicated feature on the app that provides the Government of Dubai employees will a range of e-books, that provide employees with an opportunity to gain knowledge across various fields and specializations. This initiative was launched during the UAE Reading Month.

Fatima Abbas, CEO of the Strategy & Corporate Development Sector at the DHA said that the authority is always keen to implement innovative initiatives and ideas that support the culture and development of knowledge and digital transformations. 

She explained that the authority focuses on the professional and knowledge development of its employees, and provides them with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and competencies.

His Excellency Matar Al Hemeiri, CEO of the Smart Dubai Government Establishment praised this step and said: “The Dubai Health Authority has always been a pioneering and active entity in applying the concepts of digital transformation and spreading awareness through digital channels. The Knowledge Room, which Dubai Health Authority launched in cooperation with Digital Dubai, provides the Authority’s employees with an overview of the latest developments in the health sector. We at Digital Dubai confirm our commitment to supporting and implementing such innovations developed by Dubai Government entities by onboarding them on the Smart Employee app.
