Dubai Police Command-and-Control Centre handled over 1.46 million calls in Q4 2025, showcasing world-class response speed and strong public safety performance, led by the Dubai Police emergency response.
DUBAI: The Dubai Police Command-and-Control Centre handled more than 1.46 million calls during the fourth quarter of 2025, reinforcing the force’s operational excellence and rapid response capabilities. The centre achieved a 99.5 percent response rate within 10 seconds, outperforming the previous year’s figure of 91.1 percent for the same period.
The update was shared during a quarterly performance review meeting attended by His Excellency Major General Hareb Al Shamsi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Sector Affairs, alongside Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazroui, Brigadier Mohammad Al Muhairi, Brigadier Ahmad Al Muhairi, and other senior officials. The meeting focused on operational readiness during emergencies, disasters and adverse weather, and evaluated deployment strategies across Dubai.
The Command-and-Control Centre is the first point of contact for emergencies in Dubai, serving as a core component of the city’s public safety infrastructure. Its performance in Dubai Police emergency response has continued to meet international benchmarks, reflecting the force’s commitment to service excellence and public trust.
Operational data highlighted that Dubai Police achieved a 99.54 percent security coverage rate during Q4 2025, an improvement over 98.01 percent in Q4 2024. This rise is attributed to improved patrol coordination, responsive crisis management and dynamic deployment of resources based on real-time monitoring.
During his visit to the General Department of Operations, Major General Al Shamsi reviewed the latest technological enhancements, which now enable faster, data-informed decision-making through integrated dashboards, intelligent performance indicators and smart monitoring systems. These advancements support Dubai’s strategy to maintain its global status as one of the safest cities in the world.

He praised the teams for their dedication, professionalism and ability to uphold the highest standards under growing public demand.
