Divyang Premier League (DPL) season 2 is set to be held at Sharjah, UAE

Under the aegis of divyang cricket control board of India, the biggest cricket league for the physically challenged cricketers, Divyang Premier League, DPL T-20 season 2 is planned to be organised at Sharjah International Cricket Stadium, Sharjah, UAE. The first season of DPL T-20 was also revealed at Sharjah international stadium. On the same format of IPL, DPL will also have 8 teams. In each team, at least 4 physically challenged/disabled cricketers will be part of the squad.

Newly appointed secretary of international affairs at international cricket council for the physically challenged and CEO of DCCBI & DPL Ghazal Khan briefed about the project DPL T-20 Season 2 and said each team will be sold to the franchisee and the auction will be organised with the base price. She added that very soon there will new countries be added to the list of physically challenged cricket-playing countries.

For the selection of the physically challenged cricketers from India, talent search camps are going on by DCCBI in various cities of India. After covering Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh, now it is going to be organized at Jammu on 7^th October and Srinagar on 9^th October.
