Milano by Danube showroom has opened a new B2B facility in Deira, strengthening its presence in Dubai’s trading hub while targeting exporters, wholesalers and international buyers as global trade activity rebounds.

DUBAI: Milano by Danube showroom has expanded its footprint in Dubai with the opening of a new B2B showroom in Deira, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to the emirate’s export, wholesale and reseller ecosystem.

The latest facility is the brand’s fourth showroom in Deira, one of Dubai’s most established commercial districts and a key destination for international traders. The expansion comes as market confidence gradually returns following a period of moderated trading activity linked to geopolitical developments and higher freight costs.

Deira has long served as a major sourcing hub for buyers from the CIS region, East and West Africa, the Middle East, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Mauritius, Fiji and several other international markets. Its strategic location, combined with Dubai’s position as a global logistics and free trade centre, continues to attract exporters, wholesalers, project buyers and retail businesses seeking reliable supply partners.

The new Milano by Danube showroom has been designed as a comprehensive sourcing destination, offering sanitaryware, hardware, electrical products, chandeliers and tiles under one roof. Supported by warehousing facilities in Jebel Ali and an integrated supply chain, the company aims to provide customers with greater convenience, competitive pricing and efficient product availability.

Anis Sajan, Vice Chairman of Danube Group, described the launch as a significant milestone, noting that Deira holds special importance in his business journey. He said the district was where he first learned the fundamentals of trade and expressed confidence that export activity will witness strong growth over the next six months, making this the right time for strategic expansion.

Sahil Sajan, Director at Milano, said the new showroom reflects the company’s commitment to supporting wholesalers, exporters and retailers by offering a broad product portfolio through a single sourcing destination. He added that Milano’s inventory strength and streamlined logistics enable it to meet the evolving requirements of international buyers efficiently.

The company also highlighted that it maintained uninterrupted shipments despite recent geopolitical challenges and rising freight costs, ensuring customers continued receiving products without disruption. According to Milano, this approach has contributed to its current business momentum.

Looking ahead, Milano expects export activity to strengthen further and forecasts around 20 per cent business growth over the next six months. The Milano by Danube showroom expansion reflects both the company’s confidence in Deira’s resilience and Dubai’s continuing role as one of the world’s leading global trading gateways.
