DUBAI: Dubai Cares advances global education impact with AED1.27 billion disbursed as the organisation marks a milestone year in its international humanitarian journey. Since its establishment in 2007 under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the charity has worked to strengthen education systems and expand access to quality learning in developing countries.

Over 18 years, Dubai Cares has disbursed AED1.27 billion in grants, supporting 264 programmes, 48 advocacy initiatives and 40 research efforts. By the end of 2025, its programmes had reached 117 million individuals across 60 developing countries, reinforcing its global development footprint.
