DUBAI: Her Highness Latifa bint Mohammed has highlighted the importance of UAE youth empowerment and the role young people can play in shaping a more connected future through curiosity, creativity and courage.
In a message marking International Youth Day, Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum emphasised that while young people around the world grow up in different circumstances, their ambitions often reveal common hopes for the future.
“Young people often describe the future in remarkably similar words, and though their paths may begin in very different places, shaped by geography, resources, culture and circumstance, their hopes reveal a deep sense of shared humanity.

This year’s International Youth Day theme, ‘Different Contexts, Common Aspirations,’ invites us to hold two truths together: every young person’s reality deserves to be understood, and every young person’s potential deserves room to grow.
