DUBAI: Hollywood actor and television host Terry Crews has officially purchased a luxury residence at Binghatti Aquarise, a landmark real estate development in Dubai’s Business Bay. The announcement took place live on stage at the Coca-Cola Arena, where Crews was also the exclusive host of the high-profile event, attended by over 12,000 guests including investors, brokers, and global partners.

Crews’ purchase places him among a growing roster of international celebrities who have chosen Binghatti properties, alongside stars like Neymar Jr., Andrea Bocelli, and Aymeric Laporte. The signing further reinforces Binghatti’s position as a global name in luxury real estate, with strong appeal to high-profile clientele.

Binghatti Chairman Muhammad Binghatti welcomed Crews as part of the brand’s vision for innovation and luxury in the UAE. He highlighted the milestone as a symbol of growing international trust in Dubai’s high-end property sector.

The event included a live video feed from the Binghatti Aquarise construction site, where development is already underway. Completion is scheduled for March 2027. With this project, Binghatti continues its reputation as one of the UAE’s most dynamic developers.
