DUBAI: Luck has struck twice for winner Abdulla Alsayed, a 68-year-old from Saudi Arabia who has once again won the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire draw, taking home a massive US$1 million prize.

A long-time participant in the draw, Alsayed purchased his winning ticket number 0376 for Series 490 online on January 22. This is not his first taste of victory—he previously won US$1 million in Series 475 back in September 2024 with ticket number 0300. His latest win makes him the 10th person to have won the Millennium Millionaire draw twice since it began in 1999.

A father of five and a real estate professional based in Riyadh, Alsayed has been trying his luck in the Dubai Duty Free promotion for more than 20 years. This time, his persistence paid off once again after purchasing 30 tickets for the latest draw.

Elated by his second jackpot, he exclaimed, “I’m so happy for this news! Shukran Dubai Duty Free!”
