Dubai Harbor Marinas: First to earn three Yacht Harbour accreditations

Dubai: The Dubai Harbour proudly announces its attainment of three prestigious accolades from The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA), marking a significant milestone in the region’s maritime excellence. These include the coveted Gold Anchor award, recognizing marina quality, alongside esteemed titles for Clean Marinas and Super Yacht Ready – a remarkable first in the region.

TYHA’s global marina accreditations are a testament to Dubai Harbour’s commitment to customer-centric focus and excellence in marina operations. Evaluated across six key categories, including Ambiance, Customer Service, and Environmental standards, Dubai Harbour has set a new benchmark for marina excellence.

The accolades were presented by Jon White, TYHA’s General Manager, acknowledging Dubai Harbour’s exceptional dedication to yachting excellence. Abdulla Binhabtoor, Chief Portfolio Management Officer at Shamal Holding, expressed gratitude for the recognition, highlighting Dubai Harbour’s role as a premier seafront residential district and gateway to extraordinary maritime lifestyles.

With close to 700 berths accommodating yachts up to 160m in length, Dubai Harbour is the region’s largest marina, featuring a dedicated superyacht marina and world-class facilities. Committed to sustainability, Dubai Harbour introduces innovative initiatives like PixieDrone, the UAE’s first floating waste collector, and the ‘Seaguardians’ sustainability committee.
