A Dubai Invite gives Dubai residents a chance to earn exclusive rewards when they invite family and friends to visit the city. The initiative runs until October 2026, with benefits redeemable through the end of the year.

DUBAI: A Dubai Invite is the latest initiative from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), encouraging residents to become ambassadors for the city by inviting their family and friends to experience everything Dubai has to offer. In return, residents can unlock exclusive rewards, including hotel discounts, attraction offers, restaurant deals and transport benefits.

The programme is open to Dubai’s multicultural community of nearly 200 nationalities and will run until October 31 2026. It aims to make it easier and more rewarding for residents to welcome loved ones while showcasing the city’s world-class hospitality, attractions and experiences.

Among the biggest highlights are hotel savings of up to 45 per cent, along with resort credits worth up to 100 per cent of the room rate at participating properties. These include:

  • Meliá Desert Palm
  • ME Dubai by Meliá

For getting around the city, Careem is offering complimentary Careem Plus membership, along with transport rebates on Hala Taxi and selected Careem services.

Each resident can unlock up to three verified rewards during the programme, with one benefit available for each guest party. Although visitors must arrive by October 31 2026, all rewards can be redeemed until December 31 2026, giving residents plenty of time to enjoy the offers.

Commenting on the launch, Noor Al Geziry, AVP, Special Projects & MENA at DET, said residents have always been Dubai’s strongest ambassadors because they know the city better than anyone else. She added that the initiative supports Dubai’s vision of becoming the world’s best city to visit, live and work, while also aligning with the UAE’s Year of Family by encouraging loved ones to spend more time together.
