Dubai Summer Surprises 2025 opens with three days of concerts, mega sales, raffles, and family fun from 27 to 29 June, launching 66 days of summer festivities.
Dubai: The 28th edition of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) begins this Friday, 27 June, igniting a thrilling 66-day programme packed with concerts, unbeatable deals, immersive entertainment, raffles, and dining offers. Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), the festival runs until 31 August, with a high-energy citywide opening weekend celebration from 27 to 29 June.
The new season kicks off with the Summer Holiday Offers, the first of three exclusive DSS 2025 retail campaigns. Running until 17 July, this sale season offers 25–75% off across fashion, tech, beauty, and home brands in more than 800 stores. DSS Sales Season will follow, keeping the city’s malls buzzing with top discounts from over 3,500 outlets.
Live entertainment headlines the weekend, with free concerts across major malls: Dubai Festival City Mall hosts Japanese dance crew Sabrina and singer Reina Khoury on 27 June, while Noel Kharman and Abri & the Band perform on 28 June. City Centre Mirdif welcomes Al Shami and Jadal. At Coca-Cola Arena, Miami Band and Mutref Al Mutref take centre stage on 28 June.
Elsewhere, cultural performances include Banah at Dubai Opera (Jazziyat), Atul Khatri Live at Dubai College, and We Call It Ballet at Zabeel Theatre. Pinoy Comedy Mixtape closes the weekend at Dubai World Trade Centre on 29 June.
