Dubai: Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2025 returns from 27 June to 31 August, offering 66 days of incredible shopping, dining, family fun, and unbeatable citywide value. Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), the 28th edition is packed with thousands of offers and curated experiences for residents and visitors.
For the first time in DSS history, the festival introduces three curated shopping seasons: Summer Holiday Offers (27 June – 17 July), the Great Dubai Summer Sale (18 July – 10 August), and Back to School (11 – 31 August). These retail windows feature flash sales, massive discounts, and life-changing raffles, including school fee scholarships.
Headline acts and citywide entertainment ignite DSS 2025’s opening weekend with concerts by Miami Band, Mutref Al Mutref, and Adnan Sami. Family-friendly shows, cultural pop-ups, and roaming acts promise high-energy celebrations at Dubai Festival City Mall and City Centre Mirdif.
New highlights this year include the debut of DSS Gahwa Beats, celebrating café culture; DSS 10 Dirham Dish, featuring pocket-friendly meals; and the DSS Entertainer, offering 7,500 BOGO deals across restaurants, hotels, and attractions. Summer Restaurant Week also returns with specially priced menus from 4 to 13 July.
