SHARJAH: The Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SEF) 2025, the region’s largest event of its kind, is set to welcome 12,000 attendees from February 1-2 at the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park. Featuring over 250 activities, including 45 workshops and masterclasses, SEF aims to upskill aspiring entrepreneurs in business development, finance, mental health, and global growth strategies.
This 8th edition, themed “Where We Belong,” boasts 300 global speakers from 45 nations, spread across 10 specialised zones and 5 vibrant stages. A standout feature is the Sustainability & Wellness Zone, powered by Emaar, focusing on personal well-being and ethical business practices. Over 50 experts will take the Balance Stage, offering insights into mental health, sustainability, and resilience.
Workshops include Andersen UAE’s session on UAE-specific business and tax strategies, Dr. Adel Karrani’s guidance on stress management and resilience, and Mohammed Saeed Almazrouie’s hands-on introduction to robotics. First-time founders can join Caroline-Lucie Ulbrich and Melissa Yacoub for strategies to overcome setbacks and build innovation-driven teams, while Aqsa Khalifa and Alistair Aranha empower graduates with tools for job hunting, networking, and personal branding.
