When: May 9
Where: Madame Tussauds, London

LONDON: South Indian superstar Ram Charan is stepping into wax history. The actor will unveil his first-ever wax figure at Madame Tussauds in London on May 9—before it takes up permanent residence in Singapore. This exclusive event offers fans a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see the star reveal his lifelike figure in person.

The reveal marks a major milestone, both for Ram Charan and for Indian cinema. As one of India’s biggest global film icons, this wax tribute puts him alongside a select group of international stars immortalised by the 250-year-old brand.

Adding a personal twist to the honour, Ram Charan’s much-loved French Barbate dog, Rhyme, will also be featured alongside him in wax. This makes him the first celebrity to have both himself and his pet immortalised—celebrating not just fame, but also the close bond they share. Rhyme, who’s often spotted by the actor’s side, even took part in the measurement session at the museum, highlighting just how inseparable the two are.

In a behind-the-scenes video released by Madame Tussauds, Ram Charan is seen arriving at the studio with Rhyme for the measurement session. While the actor hasn’t given a specific quote about the decision to include Rhyme, the video clearly shows the pup taking part in the process—making history as the first dog to be featured alongside a celebrity wax figure.

Madame Tussauds, known for capturing pop culture royalty in wax, has over 22 global locations, offering visitors the chance to get up close with the world’s most talked-about celebrities. Ram Charan now joins the ranks of global icons who have been sculpted in stunning detail—thanks to hours of sittings, measurements, and artistry by the brand’s skilled team.

This is the first and only chance for the public and press to see the wax figure in London before it heads to its Singapore home, where it will be displayed at Madame Tussauds Singapore among other Bollywood legends and international stars.

From blockbuster success to wax fame—Ram Charan is now officially larger than life.
