ABU DHABI: The FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ Trophy Tour is heading to the UAE, making it the first Asian country to host the prestigious event. The tour will take place from February 22 to 24, showcasing football’s most coveted club trophy across iconic landmarks, including Al Ain.

FIFA has confirmed that Al Ain Club will be the first club in Asia to welcome the trophy, marking a historic moment for the region. The event aims to engage fans, build excitement, and celebrate the new era of the FIFA Club World Cup™ ahead of the tournament’s launch.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino unveiled the newly designed FIFA Club World Cup™ trophy in New York, calling it the “start of a new history.” Created in collaboration with Tiffany & Co., the trophy symbolises the evolution of global club football and will tour the cities of all 32 participating clubs leading up to the tournament.

The FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ will be the most inclusive, merit-based club competition ever, featuring teams from every continent. The tournament will be hosted across 11 cities and 12 stadiums in the US, kicking off in Miami on June 14 and concluding at MetLife Stadium in New York on July 13, where the champion will lift the prestigious trophy.

As the FIFA Trophy Tour makes its way to the UAE, football fans will have a rare chance to witness history, celebrating the sport’s growth and the region’s rising influence on the global stage.
