“Your Voice is Heard” Initiative by Dubai Police introduced in Al Khawaneej

The Al Khawaneej Police Station in Dubai has recently organised the “Your Voice is Heard” initiative to foster direct communication channels with customers, allowing their participation in offering feedback and suggestions. 

The meeting, which was headed by Colonel Khalifa Khalid Al Awadi, Deputy Director of Al Khawaneej Police Station and attended by the station’s employees and officers, emphasised the commitment to exceptional service standards.

Al Awadi confirmed that the Your Voice is Heard initiative is per the directives from His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, and under the follow-up of Expert Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs. 

Al Awadi further highlighted that the Customer Happiness Departments represent the frontline of both government and private sectors, as they are directly involved in service delivery and public engagement. He affirmed the Dubai Police’s focus on providing high-quality services to achieve customer satisfaction, particularly in the jurisdiction area of the Al Khawaneej Police Station.

Al Awadi provided insights into the community and security services offered by Dubai Police at their stations, online portal, and smart app, including the Smart Police Stations (SPS) and the 901 call centre. He also mentioned the implementation of the Happiness Metre on their digital platforms to gauge customer contentment with the services rendered daily, enhancing transparency and immediate feedback.
