SHARJAH: Sharjah Police and telecom operator du are looking to deepen their partnership as both organisations explore new ways to strengthen cybersecurity, digital infrastructure and smart policing across the emirate.
Lieutenant General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, welcomed a delegation from du led by the company’s CEO, Fahad Al Hassawi, during a meeting focused on expanding cooperation in technology and innovation.
Senior officials from the Sharjah Police General Command and du attended the meeting, where discussions centred on future collaboration in communications, information technology and digital transformation.
