Emmy-winner Neil Mandt will spotlight AI and digital property rights at the 2025 World Realty Congress in Dubai till 12 December.

DUBAI: The World Realty Congress & Awards 2025 officially kicked off in Dubai on 8 December at the Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan. Running through 12 December, the five-day global event will explore how artificial intelligence, digital property rights, and sustainability are reshaping the future of real estate.

This year’s highlight is a keynote session by Neil Mandt, a five-time Emmy Award-winning producer and founder of Digital Rights Management (DRM). Titled “New Revenue in the Spatial Era: Digital Rights & Real Estate,” Mandt’s session introduces a revolutionary concept: monetising a property’s digital layer through augmented reality and spatial computing.

Mandt, a pioneer in digital property rights, argues that real estate is no longer confined to physical land. “Spatial computing and AI are redefining how people interact with real estate,” said Mandt. “Every building, every street, and every skyline now carries a digital dimension, one that will soon be as valuable as the land beneath it.”

His keynote will explore how real estate owners can register and protect their digital airspace — enabling immersive experiences, digital advertising, and entirely new commercial revenue streams.

The Congress aligns with Dubai’s Economic Agenda ‘D33’, focusing on innovation, sustainable development, and smart urban planning. With over 700 delegates and 40 international speakers, the programme includes community tours in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, masterclasses, the IRECMS Conference, and concludes with the World Realty Congress Awards on 12 December.

Jatin Deepchandani, CEO of Eventyst Global, said the event aims to unify developers, brokers, innovators, and community leaders. “The World Realty Congress has always been a platform where real conversations lead to real outcomes,” he said. “This year, as digital and physical real estate merge, clarity and collaboration are more important than ever.”

By addressing the next wave of real estate innovation, including spatial revenue and AI-driven environments, the event marks a pivotal moment for the global property ecosystem.
