“Homes were destroyed, schools have been crumbled to dust and communication systems have been severely damaged. By providing in-kind donations in the form of essentials to Turkey and cash donations to Syria, we hope for the severely affected families to be able to access the necessities they require, through the on-ground relief agencies, to address their immediate needs,” said Farid Samji, CEO of EWINGS, Managing Operator of Mahzooz.

Mahzooz has previously conducted similar drives, in collaboration with the Emirates Red Crescent, to support the flood victims in Pakistan in 2022 and the victims of the devastating blast in Beirut in 2020.

The company is dedicated to changing people’s lives not only through its generous weekly prizes but also through its ongoing social contributions, which are made solely through official NGOs and not-for-profit organizations and have impacted the lives of over 8000 direct and indirect beneficiaries.
