ABU DHABI: Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, highlighted UAE tolerance model commitment to tolerance and human fraternity under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. This approach has positioned the UAE as a global model of understanding and coexistence.

Speaking after receiving the “Medal of Honour of the Congress of World and Traditional Religious Leaders”, Sheikh Nahyan praised the support and vision of the UAE’s leadership. The medal, awarded by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, recognises individuals who foster dialogue and harmony among cultures and religions.

The medal was presented in Abu Dhabi by Najmedin Mukhametaliuly, Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to the UAE, on behalf of President Tokayev. This recognition underscores Sheikh Nahyan’s pivotal role in promoting coexistence and understanding on the global stage.

Sheikh Nahyan reaffirmed his dedication to advancing peaceful coexistence, emphasising the critical role of dialogue in shaping a shared, brighter future. He noted that the UAE’s initiatives in tolerance and positive communication have not only succeeded nationally but also conveyed the country’s humanitarian message worldwide.
