Dubai launched Win Your Home in Dubai, giving shoppers the chance to win apartments through everyday retail spending.
DUBAI: Dubai has launched a major citywide retail campaign offering shoppers the opportunity to win residential properties through everyday spending across participating stores and brands.
The new Win Your Home in Dubai campaign was launched by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment and Dubai Chambers as part of efforts to strengthen consumer confidence, support retail activity and reinforce Dubai’s appeal as a global destination for living, shopping and investment.
Dubai is widely recognised for its large-scale retail festivals, shopping campaigns and tourism-driven promotions that regularly attract millions of visitors and residents. Seasonal events such as Dubai Summer Surprises and the 3 Day Super Sale have become key drivers of retail growth and consumer engagement across the emirate.
Running from May 22 until August 30 2026, the Win Your Home in Dubai campaign allows eligible participants aged 18 and above to enter prize draws by spending AED500 at participating outlets across the city. More than 1,000 brands and over 3,500 retail locations are taking part in the initiative.
The campaign includes 12 residential units provided by Binghatti Developers, including 11 studio apartments and one two-bedroom apartment. One studio apartment will be awarded each week, while the two-bedroom apartment will be offered as the grand prize during the final draw.
Participants can enter by scanning official campaign QR codes and uploading purchase receipts after spending AED500 or more. Additional spending increases the number of entries and improves winning chances throughout the campaign period.
Officials said the Win Your Home in Dubai initiative reflects strong collaboration between the public and private sectors while supporting both the retail and property markets.
Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, said the campaign highlights Dubai’s vision as a city where people can build a future, invest and feel a strong sense of belonging.
