DUBAI: The Ministry of Education is launching a series of teacher recruitment events across the UAE to attract fresh talent and strengthen the education sector ahead of the 2025–26 academic year. These UAE teacher jobs are aimed at UAE citizens and residents, especially recent university graduates with a passion for teaching.

The job fairs begin on April 19 in Dubai and continue through May 21, spanning locations such as Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, and Al Ain. Emirates College for Advanced Education is also supporting the initiative.

Over 10 teaching and support roles are on offer across subjects like Science, Islamic Studies, English, Business, Arabic, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology (both Arabic and English). The Ministry is also looking to fill several educational support positions.

These recruitment drives align with the Ministry’s strategic plan for 2025–26, designed to improve the quality of education and meet future national goals. Candidates will go through an in-depth selection process based on their qualifications and teaching skills.

At each fair, recruitment committees will conduct interactive workshops to explain the Ministry’s operational approach and hiring process. Attendees should carry updated résumés for on-the-spot assessments.

Selected candidates will be offered specialised training programmes to build professional skills, reflecting the Ministry’s long-term commitment to educational excellence. The fairs also serve as an opportunity to understand career benefits and the UAE’s vision for future-ready education.

These events signal a strong national push to elevate teaching standards while offering graduates and qualified professionals meaningful roles in shaping the next generation.

The recruitment fairs will take place for two months in April and in May 2025:

  • April 19 – Zayed Educational Complex in Al Barsha, Dubai
  • April 23 – Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) campus in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi
  • April 26 – Zayed Educational Complex in Al Qatta’a, Sharjah
  • April 30 – Tamouh Al Dhafra Career Fair at the Baynounah Educational Complex in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi
  • May 3 – Zayed Educational Complex in Al Dhait Al Janoubi, Ras Al Khaimah
  • May 10 – Zayed Educational Complex in Mohamed Bin Zayed City, Fujairah
  • May 17 – Zayed Educational Complex in Al Muntazah, Ajman
  • May 21 – United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) campus in Al Ain
