DUBAI: The city is getting a fresh new look with the Super Block plan, approved by The Executive Council. This project will turn some areas into car-free zones, making them safer and more fun for walking, cycling, and socialising.

Part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, the goal is to reduce pollution, add more green spaces, and create better public areas. The first places to see these changes will be Al Fahidi, Abu Hail, Al Karama, and Al Quoz Creative Zone. Roads will make way for parks, wide footpaths, and cycling lanes, making the city more people-friendly.

This project is all about giving people more space to enjoy their surroundings. With fewer cars, cleaner air, and more places to relax, Dubai is moving towards a greener, healthier, and more social future. The Super Block plan is expected to make daily life better while setting an example for future city planning.
