Dubai has opened the UAE’s first dedicated humanoid robotics showroom, featuring 28 robots priced between AED 50,000 and AED 3 million, supporting the emirate’s ambitious robotics expansion

DUBAI: The UAE’s first dedicated humanoid robotics showroom opened on Sheikh Zayed Road on November 6, 2026, marking another milestone in Dubai’s growing artificial intelligence and automation industry.

Operated by Lootah Robotics, the showroom near the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) welcomed visitors with live demonstrations involving five humanoid robots. The machines danced, delivered presentations and played football with children who had graduated from the company’s robotics academy. More than 4,000 viewers worldwide reportedly watched the opening ceremony online.

Robots priced from AED 50,000 to AED 3 million

The showroom launched with 28 robots, with additional units expected to arrive in the coming weeks. The collection includes humanoid robots, cleaning machines, inspection systems and specialised robots designed for construction, oil and gas operations, and fire safety.

Customers can purchase robots for between AED 50,000 and AED 3 million, while rental prices start below AED 5,000. The company also provides programming, operational assistance and maintenance services.

Dubai targets 200,000 robots by 2032

Lootah Robotics founder Yousif Al Lootah said the initiative supports Dubai’s ambition to deploy 200,000 robots by 2032. The Dubai Robotics and Automation Programme, launched in 2022, aims to strengthen automation across industries and increase robotics’ contribution to Dubai’s GDP to 9%. Al Lootah emphasised that robotics should enhance human productivity rather than simply replace workers.

Impact to Expect

The showroom could accelerate the adoption of humanoid robotics across hospitality, logistics, construction and industrial services. It also creates opportunities for robotics training, technical maintenance and specialised employment as Dubai strengthens its position as a global innovation hub.
