MANESAR: Get ready for the ride of a lifetime — literally! Haryana is planning something massive, and it could put India on the global map of entertainment. The state is gearing up to build its very own Disneyland-style theme park, and the buzz is real.

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini recently dropped the exciting news: a 500-acre mega amusement park is in the works, right in Manesar, near Gurugram. That’s just a quick drive from Delhi, making it a dream spot for a weekend escape. The land has already been earmarked near Pachgaon Chowk, along the KMP Expressway and the Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor — talk about smart placement.

Calling it a “game-changer,” Saini said the park will boost not only tourism but also job creation, culture, and infrastructure. After meeting with Union Culture and Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat in Delhi, Saini made it clear: this isn’t just a fun project, it’s a national-level milestone.

Manesar already enjoys strong infrastructure and a growing corporate base, especially with Gurugram next door, home to top global companies. And with the Global City project also on the way, this new park could turn the area into India’s entertainment and lifestyle capital.

While it won’t be officially a Disney-owned park (yet), it’s inspired by the iconic model — and that’s enough to get us excited. Think giant roller coasters, themed zones, and endless family fun, right in the heart of North India.

If it goes ahead as planned, this could be India’s first mega-theme park to match global standards, joining the ranks of Disney’s parks in the US, France, Japan, and Hong Kong.
