See the world with the Expo 2020 Dubai Run 3

DUBAI: Running enthusiasts can now sign up for the fastest way to see the world in one place: the Expo 2020 Dubai Run 3, which will take place on March 26 on a special course around the Expo site, as well as this year’s Terry Fox Run on February 5.

The third and final run of the successful community running series is the last chance to join in this unique sporting event. After the resounding success of the first two community runs, registrations are now open for the Expo 2020 Dubai Run 3.

Aiming to attract 10,000 runners of all abilities and nationalities, from beginners and casual joggers to avid racers and ultra-marathoners, and designed to promote active communities and a healthy lifestyle.

Athletes can embrace their competitive spirit and tour the Expo site with routes of 3 kilometres, 5 kilometres and 10 kilometres that will take in dozens of Country Pavilions and the best of the Opportunity, Mobility and Sustainability districts.

All runners receive three 1-Day Tickets to Expo 2020 Dubai, a T-shirt, medal, timing chip and a downloadable certificate. There will also be F&B offers for participants.

Expo 2020 Dubai will also host the Terry Fox Run, with registrations open for the race, which returns to the UAE on February 5.

Recognised around the world for its contribution to cancer research for more than four decades, the popular run marks World Cancer Day and is the final event of Expo 2020 Dubai’s Health & Wellness Week.

Registration for the Terry Fox Run is AED 100 per person or free for participants 18 and younger. All runners will receive three Expo 2020 Dubai entry tickets, allowing full access to the site. All net proceeds from registrations will be donated to cancer research projects in the UAE, approved by the Terry Fox Foundation.
