Enjoy free access to Expo City Dubai’s Museum and Garden in the Sky, plus all-day attraction pass for just AED 25.

Dubai: Expo City Dubai is inviting families, culture lovers, and nostalgia-seekers to mark International Museum Day with a special weekend celebration on 17–18 May 2025. Visitors can enjoy free access to the Expo 2020 Museum and Garden in the Sky, with all-day passes to other top attractions available for just AED 25.

The Expo 2020 Museum offers an immersive journey through Dubai’s successful World Expo bid, its triumphs over pandemic-era challenges, and the inspirational moments that captivated the globe. Adding joy to the occasion, children’s favourites Rashid and Latifa will be on hand for meet-and-greets between 2pm and 6pm on both days—perfect for family photo ops and rekindling Expo memories.

Also open for free is Garden in the Sky, the iconic rotating observation tower offering 360-degree views across Expo City from 55 metres high. A favourite among past visitors, it offers a literal and symbolic elevation of perspective, allowing guests to relive the magic from above.

For just AED 25, guests can also access Terra – The Sustainability Pavilion, Alif – The Mobility Pavilion, and Vision Pavilion, showcasing future-focused innovation and storytelling. This special pass celebrates their new status as institutional members of the International Council of Museums.

Marjan Faraidooni, Chief of Education and Culture at Expo City Dubai, shared:
“Museums are not just places that preserve history… they inspire reflection, dialogue, and meaningful connection in an ever-changing world.”

Tickets are available online from 14 May or at Expo City box offices throughout the weekend.
