Saudi Arabia launches Nusuk Umrah, an online platform for international pilgrims to book visas, accommodation, and travel services.
RIYADH: The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced a new digital service, Nusuk Umrah, designed to make visa applications and travel arrangements easier for international pilgrims. Launched this week, the platform provides pilgrims with a one-stop solution for booking all essential services online.
Accessible at umrah.nusuk.sa, the service allows users to apply for Umrah visas directly, while also offering the flexibility to customise travel plans. Pilgrims can choose from complete package deals or book individual services such as accommodation, transportation, tours, and visa support. The initiative aims to provide a seamless digital experience, improving convenience and overall service quality.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, Nusuk Umrah complements existing options offered through accredited travel agents, giving pilgrims more choice and accessibility. By bringing multiple services together under one platform, it ensures that pilgrims can plan their religious journey with greater efficiency and confidence.
Officials noted that the launch of Nusuk Umrah is closely aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to enhance the experience of millions of Muslims visiting the Kingdom each year. A core objective is to host a larger number of international visitors while maintaining world-class standards of service, safety, and hospitality.
The ministry stated that Nusuk Umrah represents an important step in modernising pilgrimage services.
