Abu Dhabi: Etihad Airways has forged new partnerships with five airlines to enhance travel options for passengers globally. These alliances with Kam Air, SKY express, Rex Airlines, Jeju Air, and Myanmar Airways International extend Etihad Airways connections across diverse destinations.

Through interline agreements, travelers can seamlessly book their entire journey on one ticket and have their luggage checked through to their final destination. Arik De, Etihad’s Chief Revenue and Commercial Officer, emphasized the network’s expansion, offering passengers broader travel options.

For instance, at Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International Airport, passengers can connect to Kam Air flights to Kabul, facilitating travel to Afghanistan. Similarly, passengers on Etihad’s flights to Athens can conveniently connect with SKY express to explore Greece and its islands.

Rex Airlines enhances access to 22 Australian destinations from Sydney and Melbourne gateways, including Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. Jeju Air extends travel opportunities from Seoul to 27 destinations across Northeast Asia.

Furthermore, links with Myanmar Airways International provide improved access to Yangon and Mandalay via Etihad’s South Asian gateways. These partnerships significantly expand Etihad’s network reach, simplifying travel arrangements for passengers of all involved airlines.

With a total of 123 interline, codeshare, and strategic partnerships worldwide, Etihad continues to prioritize enhancing connectivity and offering a seamless travel experience for its passengers.
