Etihad Airways ranks #2 globally with an 8.07 AirHelp Score in 2025.
ABU DHABI: Etihad Airways has secured the second‑place position worldwide in the 2025 AirHelp Score, achieving an impressive overall rating of 8.07/10 after advancing nine places from the previous year.
The AirHelp Score evaluates airlines based equally on three pillars: on‑time performance, customer opinion (including cabin comfort, cleanliness, food and entertainment), and claim‑processing efficiency for flight disruptions.
Etihad hit this milestone amid significant growth — expanding its fleet to 120 aircraft, flying to over 100 destinations globally and carrying 19 % more passengers year‑on‑year — while upholding strong punctuality and guest satisfaction standards.
Etihad’s Chief Executive described the ranking as “a validation of our promise: timely flights, genuine hospitality and reliability across every journey.” The achievement marks a new standard of excellence for the airline.
In a highly competitive global aviation landscape and rising passenger expectations, Etihad’s performance in the 2025 AirHelp Score highlights its commitment to operational excellence, customer experience and consistent reliability.
