DUBAI: Emirates has launched Emirates Courier Express, an end-to-end delivery service designed to transform express logistics with faster, more reliable, and flexible shipping. Leveraging nearly 40 years of expertise, this service aims to set a new benchmark in global delivery.

To perfect the offering, Emirates worked with global partners to test and refine the service before its market launch. Over the past year, Emirates Courier Express has successfully transported thousands of packages from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, South Africa, and the UK, averaging delivery times of under 48 hours.

Badr Abbas, Divisional Senior Vice President, Emirates SkyCargo, stated, “Emirates Courier Express is an evolution in how we move goods across the globe, at speed and at scale. This innovative solution sets a new benchmark for logistics excellence.”

Unlike traditional hub-and-spoke models, which require multiple stopovers, Emirates Courier Express sends packages directly to their destinations using Emirates’ vast global network. This reduces transit time, minimises handling, and gives businesses a competitive edge in fast-tracked deliveries.

Customers can choose from next-day urgent delivery or a two-day premium service, with future innovations in the pipeline. At launch, the service is available in seven markets, with plans for expansion to all Emirates destinations worldwide.

With access to a fleet of over 250 widebody passenger and freighter aircraft, the service ensures seamless door-to-door delivery. A trusted partner network handles customs clearance and last-mile transportation, ensuring an integrated cross-border shipping experience.
