ADIHEX 2026 begins August 28 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, bringing 2,405 brands from 71 countries for its largest edition yet.
ABU DHABI: ADIHEX 2026 is set to open on August 28 as Abu Dhabi prepares to host the largest edition yet of its major hunting, equestrian and cultural heritage exhibition.
The 23rd Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition will run until September 6 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. For the first time since the event was launched in 2003, the exhibition has been extended to 10 days and will welcome visitors daily from 10am to 10pm.
Held under the theme “A Legacy of Pride”, this year’s event will occupy 107,000 square metres, an increase of 17 per cent compared with 2025. Organisers say 2,405 companies and brands from 71 countries will participate, with six countries joining for the first time.
ADIHEX 2026 will feature 15 sectors covering falconry, equestrian activities, arts and crafts, fishing and marine sports, environmental and cultural heritage preservation, veterinary services, outdoor leisure vehicles, caravans, camping and other areas connected to Emirati heritage and outdoor lifestyles.
Falconry will remain a major part of the programme. A total of eight falcon auctions form part of this year’s schedule, with four held ahead of the exhibition and another four taking place during the show. The exhibition will also feature 55 falcon farms, up 20 per cent from the previous edition, including nine new participants.
The event is organised by ADNEC Group in strategic partnership with the Emirates Falconers’ Club and is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club.
Humaid Al Dhaheri, Group CEO of ADNEC Group, said: “This year’s edition is the largest in the exhibition’s history since its inception in 2003 and reflects record growth across all key performance indicators, including exhibition space, exhibitor participation and the number of participating countries.”
Beyond its scale, the exhibition aims to connect Emirati traditions with contemporary technology, conservation and outdoor experiences. Families and international visitors will be able to explore cultural displays, live demonstrations and activities highlighting falconry, horses and other elements of regional heritage.
With participation expanding across countries, brands and exhibition space, ADIHEX 2026 is positioned as one of Abu Dhabi’s major cultural events as the emirate heads into its busy autumn events calendar.

ADIHEX 2026 is expected to strengthen Abu Dhabi’s position as a destination for heritage tourism and major international events while introducing a wider global audience to Emirati traditions, conservation and equestrian culture.
