ABU DHABI: IIFA Utsavam 2024 celebrates the achievements of South Indian cinema, announcing the winners from Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada film industries in its popular categories. The awards honour the diversity of South Indian cinema, with winners across various categories like Best Picture, Direction, Lead Actor and Actress, Supporting Actor and Actress, Negative Role, Music Direction, Lyrics, and Playback Singer (Male and Female).
