DUBAI: Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has extended operating hours of the Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre to run 24/7, including official holidays. The move is aimed at enhancing the customer experience and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction. This step underscores RTA’s commitment to delivering premium services while incorporating customer feedback and suggestions. It also aligns with the objectives of RTA’s Strategic Plan 2024–2030 and supports the broader ambitions of Dubai’s Vision 2030.
RTA is focused on offering an excellent and proactive customer experience by providing comprehensive, automated, and time-saving digital services. A plan has been developed to transform Customer Happiness Centres into smart, hybrid facilities that follow global best practices and international service standards. Additionally, services will be accessible around the clock through digital channels, ensuring fast and flexible customer access.
The Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre offers a wide range of services, including driver and vehicle licensing, public transport services, nol card transactions, investment services, traffic-related services, and right-of-way services.
